It is another classic Howlin Wolf song with a little ‘electrofication’. This song was also a regular in the Davis Brothers Band repertoire in the 60’s and 70’s.

KR 605 – Tell Me – ElectroBluesSociety feat Boo Boo Davis
In October we spent a few hours recording with Boo Boo Davis. For this session we went back to basics and together we (re) visited some classic Chicago blues. For Boo Boo this was a trip down memory lane because all these songs were regulars in the Davis Brohers Band repertoire during the 18 years that they were the weekend house band in Tubby’s Red Room, a famous juke joint in East St Louis.
We recorded seven songs that will be released digital only as individual singles on KuvVer Records in the coming months. Yesterday we released the first one and it is now available on all platforms.
